Labor Education Taking Care of Happiness from Three Dimensions

摘要 劳动教育作为培养高素质劳动者的重要路径,不仅培养人、规范人,更应关照人、关怀人,让学生成长为全面发展的幸福劳动者。劳动教育之所以需要关照人的幸福,从认识论维度而言,生存性劳动关照人的生理层次的幸福,生产性劳动关涉主客体层次的幸福,交往性劳动关涉人的社会层次的幸福。从价值维度而言,劳动教育是关于人的实践活动,具有个人价值和社会价值,如何使人幸福地劳动是劳动教育的应有之义。从方法论维度而言,应发挥教育者的劳动示范,将教师的劳动幸福与学生的消费性幸福相融合;立足于受教者的主体需求、充分调动各种劳动实践资源,引导学生追求创新幸福与享受幸福的统一,以及个人幸福与社会幸福、人民幸福的统一。 Labor education,as the key to cultivate high-quality workers,should not only train people and standardize people,but also should take care of and care for people,so that students can become well-developed happy workers.The reasons why labor education needs to take care of people’s happiness are:From the epistemological dimension,consumption labor takes care of people’s happiness at the physiological level,productive labor is concerned with the happiness at the subject and object levels,and communicative labor is related to people’s happiness at the social level;From the perspective of value dimension,labor education is about people’s practical activities,with personal value and social value.How to make people work happily is the inherent meaning of labor education;From the dimension of methodology,the labor demonstration of educators should be brought into play,and the happiness of teachers’labor and students’consumption should be integrated.Based on the subject needs of the students,it fully mobilizes various labor practice resources to guide the students to pursue the harmonious unity of create happiness and enjoy happiness,of individual happiness and social happiness,and even people’s happiness.
