摘要 软壳复合面料是近年兴起的双层或三层复合的户外运动用面料,其应用定位于抓绒衣和硬壳冲锋衣之间,兼具防水、防风、保暖和透湿等功能。为客观了解该类面料性能状况,本文对广泛调研后选定的5家代表性企业的15种起绒软壳面料进行了性能测试与分析。结果表明:起绒软壳面料的单位面积质量大多为250~300 g/m^(2),有的甚至达300 g/m^(2)以上;喷淋拒水等级达4级及以上,部分样品的抗静水压低于35 kPa,甚至不防水;与双面绒相比,起绒软壳面料因绒面不够蓬松保暖性显著下降,同克重样品的克罗值不及双面绒织物的一半;受复合贴膜材料及工艺的影响,起绒软壳复合面料的透湿性有较大差异,大部分样品透湿性不佳。 Soft-shell is a newly popular kind of compound fabric composed by two or three layers for outdoor sportswear.Its application is targeted between fleece and hard-shell fabric,so the functions of waterproof,windproof,thermal insulation and water vapor permeability are pretty good.In order to understand its performance objectively,15 kind of soft-shell fabrics from five factories were tested and analyzed.The results show that the weights of the soft-shell fabrics are about 250-300 g/m^(2) and some even excede 300 g/m^(2).The grade of water repellency reaches above 4 level.However,the hydrostatic pressure values of some soft-shell fabrics are lower than 35 kPa and even with no water resistance.Compared with the polar fleece,the fleece soft-shell fabric is weak in thermal insulation due to the shortage of bulking.Under the same weight,the Clo value of soft-shell fabricis is less than half of the polar fleece fabric.The water vapor permeability of the soft-shell fabric mainly depends on the property of the laminatedfilm and the process,so most soft-shell fabrics show low water vapor permeability.
