摘要
疫情防控期间,高校共青团组织充分发挥优势,引导大学生转变就业认知,开展"三精准"线上帮扶;提升线上就业能力,关注重点帮扶群体;强化就业心理疏导,增强线上就业信心,从而迎接线上就业新挑战,保证线上就业实效。
During the period of epidemic prevention and control,the communist youth league organizations in colleges and universities give full play to their advantages,guide college students to change their employment cognition,carry out“three-precision”online assistance,improve online employment ability,pay attention to key groups,strengthen employment psychological counseling,enhance online employment confidence,so as to meet the new challenges of online employment and ensure the effectiveness of online employment.
