复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联合辛芩颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻炎的疗效

Clinical observation on compound Mufurong nasal ointment combined with Xinqin Granule in treating children with chronic rhinitis

目的探讨复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联合辛芩颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻炎的疗效。方法选取本院2019年7—12月收治的90例慢性鼻炎患儿,随机分为单用组与联用组,每组各45例,单用组给予复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏1 cm涂于鼻腔出血位置,早、晚各一次;联用组在外用复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏的基础上再口服辛芩颗粒,比较两组患者的治疗效果及复发情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗1周后联用组症状积分值显著降低(P<0.05),单用组无明显变化(P>0.05),且联用组患儿症状积分值较单用组减少更明显(P<0.05)。经4周治疗后两组患儿治愈率均高于80.00%,但经1周治疗后,联用组显效率高于40.00%,2倍于单用组。经4周治疗后,两组均可明显降低患儿血清CRP的含量(P<0.05),且联用组CRP含量[(6.37±2.14)mg/L]显著低于单用组[(7.50±2.89)mg/L](P<0.05)。结论复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联合辛芩颗粒治疗小儿慢性鼻炎迅速有效且疗效稳定,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of compound Mufurong nasal ointment combined with Xinqin Granule in treating children with chronic rhinitis.Methods A total of 90 children with chronic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were collected,and they were divided into the single-use group(n=45)and the combined-use group(n=45)randomly.The single-use group was administrated in the morning and before going to bed at night.And the compound Mufurong nasal ointment was applied to the hemorrhage position of nasal cavity for 1 cm long.The combined-use group was administrated on the combination of external compound Mufurong nasal ointment and the oral taken Xinqin Granules.Meanwhile,the therapeutic efficacies and relapses of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom score in the combined-use group after 1 week of treatment was decreased significantly compare with that before treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant change in the single-use group(P>0.05),and the symptom score in the combined-use group was decreased more significantly than that in the single-use group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks′treatment,he therapeutic efficacy of children in both groups were all higher than 80%,but after 1 week′s treatment,the significant efficacy of the combined-use group was higher than 40.00%,which was twice as high as that of the single-use group.After 4 weeks′treatment,the content of serum C-reactive protein in both groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the content of C-reactive protein in the combined-use group([6.37±2.14]mg/L)was significantly lower than([7.50±2.89]mg/L)in the single-use group(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound Mufurong nasal ointment combined with Xinqin Granule are rapid and stable in efficacy of treating children with chronic rhinitis,and there are no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
