C5聚合抑制剂配方开发研究

摘要 裂解五碳馏分是石油脑高温裂解制乙烯过程中产生的副产物,占乙烯产量10~20%。其中含有较多高价值的异戊二烯、间戊二烯和环戊二烯。由于双烯烃的反应活性高,容易受到热、光、过氧化物和机械杂质的影响,发生自聚和共聚。选用工业上常用的聚合抑制剂—4-叔丁基邻苯二酚(TBC)、二乙基羟胺(DEHA)和4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基(TEMPO)等聚合抑制剂进行异戊二烯阻聚效果评估。另外使用复合型聚合抑制剂—醇类、肟类、酚类和醌类与TEMPO混合,测试其对异戊二烯阻聚效果,并针对单一成份和复合型的聚合抑制剂成本进行分析。测试结果显示复合型的聚合抑制剂具有协同作用对异戊二烯有良好的阻聚效果。在经济方面,使用TEMPO与醇类作为聚合抑制剂比使用单一组分TEMPO的成本明显降低,且其阻聚能力相当。 Cracking C5 fractions,the by-products generated during the thermal cracking naphtha,were 10~20%of the ethylene production capacity.Among the cracking C5 fractions,the most high value and content were isoprene,piperlene and cyclopentadiene.Due to high reactivity,di-olefins were easily influenced by heat,light,peroxides and mechanical impurities and resulted in self-polymerization or copolymerization.This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of inhibiting isoprene polymerization by using common polymerization inhibitors like p-tert-butyl-catechol(TBC),N,N-diethyl hydroxylamine(DEHA)and 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidinooxy(TEMPO).Besides,the composite polymerization inhibitors were investigated not only for effects of inhibiting isoprene polymerization but also for the cost between single and composite polymerization inhibitors using TEMPO with alcohols,oximes,phenols and quinines respectively.The results revealed that there was a better synergistic effect on inhibiting isoprene polymerization of the composite polymerization inhibitors.Regarding economic efficiency,the cost of using alcohols and TEMPO as a polymerization inhibitor was relatively lower than that of TEMPO,but the performance of them on inhibiting isoprene polymerization was almost the same.
