转化炉汽包上升管道的优化设计

摘要 介绍了某制氢装置转化炉汽包上升蒸汽管道的平面布置。使用了管道设计软件PDMS进行了管道规划。并用应力分析软件CAESARII对转化炉汽包上升管系的设计方案进行了计算并优化。比较了两种管道布置方案,对设计中所遇到的问题进行了探讨,为今后类似装置的设计提供参考。 In this paper,the design scheme of the drum rising pipe of the reformer in a hydrogen production unit is compared.The pipeline design software PDMS was used for the pipeline planning.The calculation and optimization of the upward piping system of the converter drum were carried out by using the stress analysis software CAESARII and two kinds of pipeline layout schemes are compared.The problems encountered in the design are discussed in this paper,which can provide reference for the design of similar devices in the future.
