生源多样化背景下中职英语教学应对策略探究

摘要 随着全球一体化的到来及我国经济的高速发展,用人单位对技能型人才的需求越来越大。国家出台诸多优惠政策大力扶持中职教育,促进中职教育的快速发展,中职学校迎来了难得的发展契机。英语作为当今世界上主要的国际通用语言之一,在各国之间的繁荣发展和经济联系方面起着非常重要的媒介作用。因此,中职学生在校期间掌握一些必要的英语基础知识及实用性较强的职场英语,即能满足将来继续学习的需求,又为未来的职业生涯和终身发展奠定了良好基础。而生源多样化及中职学生英语水平参差不齐是阻碍中等职业学校英语教学有效性的主要原因之一,旨在探究生源多样化背景下中职英语教学的应对策略。 With the advent of global integration and rapid development of China’s economy,there is a growing demand for skilled talents.Our country has issued many preferential policies to vigorously support secondary vocational education and promote secondary vocational education,which offers secondary vocational schools opportunity for development.As the main international language in the world today,English plays an important role in the medium of prosperity among countries.Therefore,secondary vocational students need to master some necessary basic knowledge of English in school and practical English,which can not only meet the needs of future to continue learning,but also lay a good foundation for future career and lifelong development.The diversity of students and their English level is one of the main reasons that hinder the effectiveness of English teaching in secondary vocational schools.This paper aims to explore the coping strategies of English teaching in secondary vocational schools under the background of diverse students.
