摘要
当前,我国物业服务信用评价体系处于缺失状态,行业内对物业服务企业和业主的监督约束机制不完善,导致各主体违规违约行为普遍,社区物业管理水平低。通过建立对物业服务企业的信用评价体系,搭建多方主体共同参与的沟通协商平台,有助于规范主体行为,提升社区的物业服务水平。
At present,credit evaluation system of property service is in a state of lack in China.The mechanism of supervision and restraint is not perfect for property service enterprises and owners in the area,which lead to widespread violations of regulations and contracts by various entities.The level of property management is low.It will help to regulate the behavior of the entities and improve the level of community’s property services by establishing the credit evaluation system for property service enterprises and building a platform of communication and negotiation for multi-participants.
