摘要
为明确中国不同地区煤炭产业竞争力的区域差异,在对现有煤炭产业竞争力评价指标体系优化的基础上,以中国煤炭十大主产区为研究对象,从外显竞争力、核心竞争力、基础竞争力及环境竞争力4个维度构建煤炭产业竞争力评价指标体系,并运用加速遗传算法—投影寻踪模型(RAGA-PP模型)对其煤炭产业竞争力进行了评价分析。结果表明不同地区之间的外显竞争力、核心竞争力、基础竞争力及环境竞争力发展存在显著差异且对中国煤炭产业竞争力存在不同程度的影响;各地区的煤炭产业竞争力呈现明显的省际差异,山西、内蒙、陕西竞争力较强,山东、贵州、河南、新疆、安徽次之;云南、黑龙江最弱。揭示了外显竞争力、核心竞争力、基础竞争力及环境竞争力对煤炭产业竞争力水平的影响要予以重视并采取相应措施进行改善提高,为科学地评价某地区煤炭产业竞争力提供了理论依据。
In order to clarify the regional differences in the competitiveness of the coal industry in different regions of China,based on the optimization of the existing coal industry competitiveness evaluation index system,the ten major coal producing areas in China are selected as the research object.The four dimensions of apparent competitiveness,core competitiveness,basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness have constructed a coal industry competitiveness evaluation index system,and the accelerated genetic algorithm-projection pursuit model(RAGA-PP model)is used to evaluate and analyze the competitiveness of the coal industry.The research results show that there are significant differences in the development of apparent competitiveness,core competitiveness,basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness among different regions,with varying degrees of impact on the competitiveness of my country’s coal industry;there appear inter-provincial differencesin the competitiveness of the coal industry in each region:Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,and Shaanxi are competitive;Shandong,Guizhou,Henan,Xinjiang,and Anhui are less;Yunnan and Heilongjiang are the least.It reveals that the influence of apparent competitiveness,core competitiveness,basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness on the competitiveness of the coal industry should be paid attention to and the corresponding measures should be taken to improve it,a theory for scientifically evaluating the competitiveness of the coal industry in a certain area.
