摘要
目的:研究已经证实双任务平地行走测试具有较好的重测信度,但是很少有研究涉及双任务范式楼梯行走重测性分析,本研究旨在检测老年人双任务条件上下楼梯行走过程中下肢运动学与动力学测试的重测信度。方法:选取65~75岁,且BMI在正常范围的老年女性18名,每名受试者需完成2次试验,间隔1周,在认知任务(即受试者在上下楼梯过程中进行100~999之间随机三位数连续减3的运算)和动作任务(即受试者在楼梯行走的同时优势手持一盛水的水杯,重0.53 kg)条件下进行楼梯行走,采用Vicon三维动作捕捉和Kistler测力设备同步采集老年人楼梯行走过程的运动学与动力学数据。结果:双任务条件下,步长的重测信度较差,其他指标的ICC重测信度好或较好。结论:除步长指标,老年人在认知与动作任务状态所表现出的运动学、动力学参数重测信度及重测相关性较好,数据重测可信度较高。
Objective:Current studies have confirmed that the dual-task level walking test has good test-retest reliability but few studies involve the dualtask paradigm stair walking re-testability analysis. Therefore,this study aimed to evaluate test-retest reliability of the lower limb kinematics and dynamics of stair walking with dual-task paradigm. Methods:In this study,18 elderly women aged 65~75 and with BMI within normal range were selected,each subject needs to complete two experiments,the time interval is one week. and the kinematics and kinetic indexes of stair walking were tested under the conditions of cognitive task(the subject performs a random three-digit number continuous minus 3 operation between 100-999 during the process of going up and down the stairs)and action task(the subject is dominantly holding a water cup(weight 0.53 kg)while walking on the stairs),Using Vicon three-dimensional motion capture and Kistler force mechanics for testing. Results:Under dual-task conditions,the difference between all indicators in the two tests was not significant(P>0.05);the test-retest reliability of step length was poor,and the ICC test-retest reliability of other indicators was good or better. Conclusions:In addition to the step length index,the kinematics and dynamics parameter test-retest reliability and re-test correlation of the elderly in the cognitive and motor task states are better,and the data test-retest reliability is higher.
