摘要
阐述了超超临界二次再热机组RB控制策略的设计思路和过程控制难点。通过某1000 MW二次再热机组的实际工程应用,对RB动态试验结果进行分析。各项RB试验项目表明,动作逻辑正确,控制参数平稳。所设计控制方案得到充分验证,满足汽轮机组安全要求。
The difficulties in design idea and process control of RB control strategy for ultra supercritical double reheat unit are described.Through the practical application of a 1000 MW double reheat unit,the RB dynamic test results are analyzed.All kinds of RB test projects show that the action logic is correct and the control parameters are stable.The designed control scheme is fully verified and meets the safety requirements of steam turbine unit.
