浅谈科技类博物馆社教队伍建设——以军事博物馆的军事科技馆为例

Analysis on the social education team building in science and technology museums——A case study of the Military Science and Technology Hall of the Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution

本文通过分析中国人民革命军事博物馆军事科技馆科学辅导员队伍的现状、问题和需求,结合博物馆学理论和实践经验,提出在现有科学辅导员队伍的基础上如何创新队伍建设,提升服务社会能力,以期满足时代对科技类博物馆发展的需要。

Based on the analysis of the current situation,problems and needs of the science counselor team in the military science and technology hall of the Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution,in association with the theory and practical experience on museology,this paper puts forward some suggestion on how to innovate the team building and improve the team’s ability to serve the society,so as to meet the needs of our time for the development of science and technology museums.
