法学课程“课程思政”教学改革探索--以《刑事诉讼法》为例

Exploration on Teaching Reform of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”in Law Course——Taking the Criminal Procedure Law as an Example

习近平总书记曾多次强调,全面推进依法治国需要培养大批"德法兼修"的高素质法治人才。因此,法学课程的"课程思政"教学改革任重道远。本文以《刑事诉讼法》为例,明确课程思政教学改革的目标和遵循的基本原则,发掘、梳理和充实课程知识点中的思政元素与内涵,并将其融入到教学设计中。同时,归纳课程思政的教学方法与教学设计,丰富课程思政的教学内容与实践路径,实现专业知识教育与思想政治教育的有机融合。最终实现立德树人,培养德法兼修的社会主义法治接班人。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed for many times that promoting the rule of law in an all-round way needs to train a large number of high-quality legal talents who are"practicing both morality and law".Therefore,the reform of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics"teaching of law course has a long way to go.Taking the Criminal Procedure Law as an example,the objectives and basic principles of the ideological and political teaching reform should be clarified,and the ideological and political elements and elements in the curriculum knowledge points should be explored,sorted,enriched,and integrated into teaching design.It is necessary to summarize the ideological and political teaching methods and design of the curriculum,enrich the teaching content and practice path of the ideological and political curriculum,and realize the organic integration of professional knowledge education and ideological and political education.,so as to realize morality,cultivate people,and cultivate socialist legal successors who are both moral and legal.
