新时代公安院校团建工作思路初探

Research of the Team Building Activities in the Police College in the New Era

公安院校的团建是政治建校工作中的关键一环。新时代赋予了公安院校共青团工作的新内涵、新要求、新责任。应充分重视公安院校团建过程中出现的团组织有效覆盖面不大、团员身份意识不强、服务青年效果不明显等问题,通过强化基层团组织建设、提升共青团育人的创新能力、加强党建带团建机制三条重要举措,切实提升团建工作,努力为党、为国家、为公安事业培育出又红又专的青年人才。

Team building activities are important for ideological education in the police college.The communist youth league organization of the college should adapt to the new connotations,requirements and responsibilities of the age.But there are some problems like limited group influence,less private identity consciousness,ineffective measures existing in team building activities on campus.Three major actions should be taken to improve the situation,namely strengthening the primary-level organizations,promoting the innovative education,and setting the mechanism of team building with the assistance of the Party to cultivate loyal and professional young talents for the Party and Chinese police force.
