摘要
应用常见的基础液压回路与车辆转向液压系统相结合,采用标准化的液压控制部件,设计出了满足特种车辆使用工况的转向系统。使用实践表明:通过回路组合,实现了单一动力输出的分流及切换,实现了两套执行系统共用一套动力系统,在满足使用工况的前提下,最大限度地降低了制造成本。
The common basic hydraulic circuit is combined with the vehicle steering hydraulic system,and standardized hydraulic control components are used to design a steering system that meets the operating conditions of special vehicles.Through the circuit combination,the split and switch of a single power output is realized,and the two sets of execution systems share a set of power system,and the manufacturing cost is minimized under the premise of meeting working conditions.
