基于DEMATEL方法的海绵城市发展制约因素识别与对策研究

Research on Restrictive Factors Identification and Countermeasures of Sponge City Development Based on DEMATEL Method

指出了我国海绵城市建设已经由试点城市向全国铺开。但是由于管理、技术等方面因素的制约,部分地区存在着海绵城市建设进度缓慢、发挥效果不明显等问题。以河北地区为例,建立研究区域海绵城市制约因素指标体系,借助DEMATEL法分析了制约因素间的关联性,甄别出关键制约因素,最后提出了相应的健全管理机制,明确责任意识等六项建议,以供参考。

In China,the construction of sponge cities has spread from pilot cities to the whole country.However,due to the constraints of management and technology,some areas have problems such as slow progress in the construction of sponge cities and insignificant effects.Taking Hebei as an example,the paper establishes an indicator system for the constraints of sponge cities in the research area.With the aid of the DEMATEL method,the relationship between the constraints is analyzed;the key constraints are identified,and six suggestions for improving the management mechanism and clarifying the sense of responsibility are put forward.
