MGIA诊断新生儿免疫性血小板减少症自身抗体的价值研究

The value of MGIA in diagnosing autoimmune thrombocytopenia in neonates

摘要 目的分析微柱凝胶免疫技术(MGIA)诊断新生儿免疫性血小板减少症(NITP)自身抗体的价值。方法研究对象为在本院出生,并确诊为血小板减少症的新生儿,数量共计344例,选用MGIA法、流式细胞技术(FCM)法对研究对象的自身抗体进行评测,确定为阳性的患者母亲同样要接受检测,分析两种评测方法的效果。结果微柱凝胶和流式细胞仪技术进行检测后发现,血小板减少症自身抗体的患者共计42例,阳性率达到12.21%,两个小组检出方面未展现统计学差异(P>0.05);检测发现,阳性42例患儿的母亲血小板自身抗体房门,采用微柱凝胶法检测血小板自身抗体38例,检出阳性率达到90.48%,流式细胞仪技术检测血小板自身抗体共计42例,检出阳性率达到100.00%,上诉方法在检出阳性率方面没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用微柱凝胶免疫法以及流式细胞技术对新生儿免疫性血小板减少症自身抗体检测上没有展现较大差别,但是微柱凝胶免疫法比较简便,在早期确定诊断治疗方面体现了自身价值。 Objective:To analyze the value of microcolumn gel immunization(MGIA)in the diagnosis of autoimmune thrombocytopenia(NITP)autoantibodies in neonates.Methods:The subjects were 344 newborns born in our hospital who were diagnosed with thrombocytopenia.MGIA method and flow cytometry(FCM)method were used to evaluate the subjects’autoantibodies.The mothers of the patients who were confirmed positive were also tested,and the effects of the two methods were analyzed.Results:A total of 42 patients with thrombocytopenia autoantibodies were detected by microcolumn gel and flow cytometry,and the positive rate reached 12.21%.There was no statistical difference in detection between the two groups(P>0.05).Testing found that positive mother platelet autoantibody door,42 cases by using micro column gel testing platelet autoantibody 38 cases,the detection positive rate of 90.48%,flow cytometry instrument detecting platelet autoantibody in 42 cases,check out the positive rate reached 100.00%,the appeal method in the detection positive rate has no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Microcolumn gel immunoassay and flow cytometry showed no significant difference in the detection of autoantibodies against neonatal immune thrombocytopenia,but microcolumn gel immunoassay was relatively simple and showed its own value in early diagnosis and treatment.
