铬暴露对男性精液质量影响的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测铬暴露男性精液质量、精浆微量元素及精浆生化水平,分析铬暴露对男性生殖的影响。方法纳入86例研究对象,其中暴露组42例,对照组44例。通过手淫法获取精液,应用CASA系统进行精液常规分析,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定精浆及血清微量元素测定,采用ELASA方法检测精浆中性α-糖苷酶、柠檬酸,精浆果糖采用吲哚法检测。结果与对照组相比,暴露组男性精子浓度、精子PR%、精浆锌、中性α-糖苷酶、果糖、柠檬酸水平明显减低(P<0.05),精浆铅、镉、铬含量及血清铬、镉含量明显升高(P<0.05),精液量、精浆铜、铁、锰含量及血清锌、铜、铁、铅、锰含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论长期暴露于铬环境下可能会引起睾丸及附属性腺功能的损伤,进而引起精液质量、精浆微量元素及生化水平异常,铬暴露导致男性生育力下降。 Objective:Detect the semen quality,seminal plasma trace elements and seminal plasma biochemical level of men exposed to chromium,and analyze the effect of chromium exposure on male reproduction.Methods:A total of 86 subjects were included,including 42 in the exposed group and 44 in the control group.Semen was obtained by masturbation,the CASA system was used for routine semen analysis,the seminal plasma and serum trace elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,the seminal plasma neutralα-glycosidase and citric acid were detected by ELASA method,and indole was used Method for detecting refined berry sugar.Results:Compared with the control group,the sperm concentration,sperm PR%,seminal plasma zinc,neutralα-glycosidase,fructose,and citric acid levels in the exposed group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),seminal plasma lead,cadmium,and chromium content and serum The content of chromium and cadmium was significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in semen volume,copper,iron,and manganese content in seminal plasma,and serum zinc,copper,iron,lead,and manganese content(P>0.05).Conclusion:Long-term exposure to chromium may cause damage to the testicles and accessory gonads,which in turn may cause abnormal semen quality,seminal plasma trace elements and biochemical levels,resulting in decreased fertility in men exposed to chromium.
