响应面优化超声辅助法提取杜仲叶中绿原酸的工艺研究 被引量:12

Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction Technique Optimization of Chlorogenic Acid from Eucommia ulmoides Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用超声波辅助技术对杜仲叶中的绿原酸进行提取,研究不同提取条件对杜仲叶中绿原酸提取率的影响。结果表明,响应面试验优化杜仲叶绿原酸提取最佳工艺为:液料比16∶1(mL/g),乙醇浓度50%,浸提时间20 min,溶剂pH为5,浸提3次,在此条件下绿原酸提取率为6.338%。 The chlorogenic acid was extracted from Eucommia ulmoides leaves by ultrasonic assisted technique,and the effects of different extraction conditions on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides leaves by response surface methodology were as follows:the ratio of liquor to material 16∶1(mL/g),ethanol concentration 50%,extraction time 20 min,solvent pH 5,and leaching times 3 times.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid was 6.338%.
