摘要
道岔清筛车主车架作为整车的重要部件,其结构性能好坏直接影响车辆的运行品质和行车安全。运用大型有限元软件I-DEAS对车架进行了初步强度分析,并基于分析结果对车架结构进行了优化,优化后车架结构性能提升,满足了强度、刚度及使用要求。
As an important part of the whole vehicle,the main frame of turnout cleaning machine has a direct impact on the running quality and driving safety of the vehicle.I-DEAS,a large-scale finite element software,is used to analyze the preliminary strength of the frame.Based on the analysis results,the frame structure is optimized,and the structural performance of the optimized frame is improved,which meets the strength,stiffness and use requirements.
