不同地区装配式建筑评价方法的特点及对比分析

Characteristics and Comparative Analysis of Prefabricated Building Evaluation Methods in Different Regions

近年来我国装配式建筑快速发展,各地区根据当地发展现状相继制定不同的装配式评价标准。通过对不同地区装配式建筑评价标准与方法对比分析,知不同地区装配式建筑评价标准的方法差别较大,各有优点。然后结合具体的工程实例,分别用国家装配式建筑评价标准、合肥市、重庆市、上海市和广东省装配式建筑评价标准进行装配率计算和对比分析。结果表明,同一建筑在不同装配式建筑评价方法下的评价结果差距较大。根据分析的结果,对其他地区颁布或修订地方标准或评价方法提供借鉴。

In recent years,China's prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly,and different regions have successively formulated different evaluation standards of prefabricated buildings according to the local development status.Through theoretical analysis on the evaluation standards and methods of prefabricated buildings in different regions,it is concluded that the methods of evaluation criteria of different prefabricated buildings are quite different,but each of them has its own advantages.Then combined with specific engineering examples,the national prefabricated building evaluation standards,Hefei,Chongqing,Shanghai city and Guangdong province prefabricated building evaluation standards were used for the prefabrication ratio’s calculation and comparative analysis.The results showed that the evaluation results of the same building under different prefabricated building evaluation methods has a large gap.Based on the results of the analysis,it provides suggestions for other regions to promulgate or amend local standards or evaluation methods.
