摘要
采用数据包络分析法(DEA)和Malmquist指数模型对2012-2017年间安徽省16个城市的建筑业生产效率进行测算分析,实证结果表明:2012-2017年间,安徽省建筑业生产效率整体较低;各城市建筑业生产效率差异显著,技术效率值最大为1,最小仅为0.233,提升潜力较大。研究期间安徽省16个城市的建筑业生产效率的Malmquist指数均值为0.996,效率整体呈下降态势;建筑业生产效率的提高主要来自技术效率的提升,技术进步是制约建筑业生产效率提升的关键因素。研究可为安徽省各城市的建筑业发展提供理论支持和决策依据。
In this paper,data envelopment analysis(DEA)and Malmquist index model are used to measure and analyze the production efficiency of construction industry in 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2017.The empirical results show that:the overall production efficiency of construction industry in Anhui Province is relatively low from 2012 to 2017;the production efficiency of construction industry in each city is significantly different,the maximum technical efficiency value is 1,the minimum is only 0.233,and the potential is improved.Larger.During the research period,The average Malmquist index of construction industry productivity of 16 cities in Anhui Province is 0.996,and the overall efficiency is declining;The improvement of construction industry production efficiency mainly comes from the improvement of technical efficiency,which is the key factor restricting the improvement of construction industry production efficiency.The research can provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for the development of construction industry in Anhui Province.
