化妆品供应链中质量管理的探索

Exploration of Quality Management in Cosmetic Supply Chain

摘要 化妆品供应链中品牌商、制造商两大主体对质量管理要求的理解常存在较大偏差,双方如何从整体上控制供应链中产品质量值得思考。为探索这个问题,文章从品牌商及制造商的角度分别探讨其对供应链质量管理要求,寻求达成一致之途径,在确保产品质量的前提下,使供应链管理效益最大化。 It has become an important development trend of cosmetic industry to integrate industry resources,utilize all kinds of resources in the supply chain,concentrate on exerting own advantages and create maximum profit.It is worth thinking about how to control the quality of products in the supply chain as a whole,because there is a big deviation in the understanding of the demand of quality management.In order to explore this issue,this paper discusses the requirements of supply chain quality management from the point of view of brand and manufacturer,and seeks the way to reach an agreement,so as to maximize the benefits of supply chain management under the premise of ensuring product quality.
