摘要
介绍了三氧化硫磺化反应工艺的技术发展概况,参照意大利BALLESTRA公司的磺化器设计数据,将三氧化硫和十二烷基苯制备十二烷基苯磺酸的安全性,与安监总管三〔2009〕116号文《关于公布首批重点监管的危险化工工艺目录的通知》中对磺化工艺危险性定性进行了对比研究。结果表明三氧化硫和十二烷基苯制备十二烷基苯磺酸的危险性与安监总管三〔2009〕116号文中关于磺化工艺的危险特性描述差异较大。
The technical development of sulfur trioxide reaction process was briefly introduced.Referring to the design data of a sulfonator from Italian Balestra company,the safety of preparation of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid by using sulfur trioxide and dodecylbenzene was qualitatively compared with“the Notice on Publishing the List of the First Batch of Dangerous Chemical Processes under Key Supervision”([2009]No.116).A comparative study was carried out.The results showed that the risk of preparing dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid from sulfur trioxide and dodecylbenzene was quite different from that described in[2009]No.116.
