摘要
通过分析植物组合发酵物发酵前后的氨基酸、有机酸含量变化和对胶原蛋白的合成提高率的影响,并对一款含有该植物组合发酵物的精华露采用测定受试志愿者使用前后皮肤含水量、皮肤平滑度和光泽度等客观指标,结合问卷调查收集受试者使用感受等主观指标进行了人体功效评价。结果表明,植物组合发酵物与发酵前比较,氨基酸和有机酸的含量增加,同时胶原蛋白合成率提高。含有该植物组合发酵物的精华露能显著提高皮肤含水量,改善皮肤平滑度和光泽度。使用4周后97.2%的受试者对该产品整体效果表示满意,实验过程中无受试者出现不良反应。研究结果显示,该款产品具有一定的皮肤改善效果。
The skin improvement efficacy of an essence containing fermented plant composite was evaluated.The content changes of amino acids and organic acids and the increasing rate change of collagen synthesis in certain cell model before and after fermentation were analyzed.The clinical test results of the skin of participants,such as the water content,glossiness and smoothness of the skin before and after using this essence were analyzed.Subjective indexes such as the feeling of use were collected through questionnaire survey.The results indicated that the content of amino acids and organic acids and the rate of collagen synthesis were observed to be increased in the plant extracts after fermentation.The essence could significantly improve the moisture content,glossiness and smoothness of the skin of participants.After using this essence for 4 weeks,97.2%of the participants were satisfied with the efficacy,and no side effects were observed.Therefore,this product had certain effect of skin improvement.
