化妆品抗敏安全性评价模型的研究进展

Research progress of the evaluation models of cosmetic anti-allergy safety

介绍了皮肤过敏反应机理,阐述了不同过敏反应类型中皮肤过敏介质的作用,并根据皮肤过敏介质分类综述了化妆品抗敏安全性评价模型;分别讨论了抗敏安全性评价模型中的体外实验、细胞实验以及动物实验,旨在加深化妆品行业对抗敏安全性评价模型的重视,更好地指导抗过敏原料的筛选和温和化妆品的研究开发。

The mechanism of skin allergic reaction was briefly introduced,and the roles of skin allergic mediators in different types of allergic reactions were elucidated.The evaluation models of anti-allergy safety of cosmetics were classified and reviewed according to skin allergic mediators.The in vitro experiments,cell experiments and animal experiments in the anti-allergy safety evaluation models were discussed,respectively.The aims of this review were to attach importance to the anti-allergy safety evaluation models in cosmetics industry,and better guide the selection of anti-allergy raw materials and the research and development of mild cosmetics.
