摘要
人呼吸道合胞体病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是导致全球婴幼儿细支气管炎及肺炎的主要致病原,造成严重的社会负担。目前还无上市预防RSV感染的疫苗。随着科技的不断发展,研究者已研发了许多不同类型的RSV疫苗,包括弱毒活疫苗、嵌合体疫苗、亚单位疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗及纳米颗粒疫苗。本文就RSV免疫逃逸机制及其疫苗的研究进展作一综述。
Human respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is a global leading cause of severe respiratory disease and hospitalization in infants,which causes serious social burden. At present,there is no a liscenced vaccine to prevent RSV infection. With the development of technology,various types of RSV vaccines have been deve-loped,including live attenuated vaccine,chimeric vaccine,subunit vaccine,virus-like particle vaccine and nanoparticle vaccine. This paper reviews the progress in the research on immune escape mechanism of RSV and vaccines against the viurs.
