灸法联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性心力衰竭后抑郁护理研究

Nursing Study on Moxibustion Combined with Auricular Point Pressing with Beans for Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Depression

目的:观察分析灸法联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性心力衰竭后抑郁的护理效果。方法:将88例慢性心力衰竭后抑郁患者通过随机的方式分为2组,每组44例。研究期间为对照组提供常规治疗,为研究组提供常规治疗联合灸法联合耳穴压豆,比较2组治疗效果。结果:护理干预后研究组的抑郁程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,研究组生活质量评分低于对照组,研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为77.27%,研究组为95.45%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭伴抑郁患者在常规治疗基础上给予灸法联合耳穴压豆治疗,能够有效改善抑郁情况及缓解慢性心力衰竭症状。

Objective:To observe and analyze the nursing effect of moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing with beans for chronic heart failure complicated with depression. Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group. During study, the control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was additionally treated with moxibustion and auricular point pressing with beans based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the depression degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the quality of life score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 77.27% in the control group, and95.45% in the study group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine treatment,the therapy of moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing with beans for chronic heart failure complicated with depression can effectively improve depression, and relieve the symptoms of chronic heart failure.
