摘要
船舶在风浪中会产生横摇,有效控制横摇可以提高船舶航行的安全性和经济性。移动重块式减摇系统具有机理简单、控制灵活的特征,对于不同的海况和工况具有很强的适用性,但对控制方案的安全性和最优性有较高要求。本文选择模型预测控制方法MPC构建控制器,成功实现了满足约束条件的最优化控制。案例船模的水池减摇试验充分验证了MPC控制器的有效性和优越性,对移动重块减摇系统的工业应用具有重要借鉴意义。
Ships roll in waves.Effective control of ship rolling can improve the navigation safety and efficien⁃cy.The moving mass anti-rolling system,which possesses the characteristics of simple mechanism and flexi⁃ble control,has a strong adaptability to different sea states and ship states,but requires a high level of safety and optimization for the system controller.The controller developed by adopting the Model Predictive Control(MPC)method can generate an optimum control result with exact consideration of constraint conditions.The ship model tests demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of MPC controller,which is important for the extensive application of moving mass system for ship anti-rolling.
