摘要
钢带柔性管(MSFP)被认为是浅冰区油气运输领域的潜在替代品,但在安装和使用过程中,冰荷载成为影响MSFP完整性和安全性的重要因素。本文通过实验和数值方法研究了MSFP在冰荷载作用下的力学行为,使用ABAQUS软件创建合理的有限元模型,该模型考虑了几何和材料非线性以及不同层之间的滑动和摩擦相互作用。在相同条件下,进行有限元的实验验证,并将实验中获得的MSFP顶部拉力变化与数值模拟结果进行了比较,结果的良好一致性说明了有限元模型的准确性和可靠性。
Metallic strip flexible pipes(MSFP)are regarded as a potential alternative in the field of oil/gas transportation in shallow ice areas.However,they will inevitably confront ice loads that are important as⁃pects affecting the integrity and security of the MSFP’s utilization in installation and service.In this paper,the mechanical behavior of MSFP subjected to ice load is investigated by both experimental and numerical methods.A finite element model that takes into account the geometrical and material nonlinearity as well as the sliding and friction interactions between the layers is created using ABAQUS.Full-scale laboratorial tests involving MSFP under ice load are conducted and the variation of the tension at the top of MSFP ac⁃quired from the experiment is compared with that of numerical simulations.Good agreement of tension results illustrates the accuracy and reliability of the established finite element model.
