薄弱学校中的老者参与及其质量保障策略研究:以美国巴尔的摩“经验团”为例

Seniors’Engaging in Disadvantaged Schools and Its Quality Assurance Approaches:An Analysis of Experience Corps Baltimore

美国马里兰州巴尔的摩"经验团"是一项鼓励老者参与薄弱学校教育的志愿服务项目。本着"多重惠及"的理念,它致力于拓展学生社会资本、提升社会教育力及回应老者人生需求,在此过程中很好地实现了项目的稳步与优质发展。高质结果的达成,有赖于科学设计的招募、选拔、培训与配置程序,它们确保了项目的输入质量。而标准化的内容供给、高强度的教育卷入及多样伙伴关系的引入,则为项目提供了过程性质量保障。借鉴经验团经验,我国的"银龄讲学计划"可在凸显教育参与对银龄讲师切身意义的基础上,关注参与者"文化相关教育"能力的提升,立足于学校需求以团队的方式配置讲师团,并建立起多维质量机制,以全过程助力讲学计划的顺利与优质推进。

Experience Corps Baltimore in Maryland American is a volunteer program aiming to encourage elders to participate in disadvantaged schools.Based on the ideal of multiple reciprocity,it aims at students’and community’s social capital building and to meet seniors’life needs.The quality of the program is assured through input processes,such as scientifically designing of enrollment stages,selection,training and volunteers deployment.The provision of standardized content provision,high involvement of seniors and the introduction of multiple partners have contributed to ECB’s process quality.Learning from ECB,in our China’s"Seniors Teaching Program",we need to have an idea of"mutual benefits"and pay attention to participants’ability of"cultural relevance education".Team building based on servant schools and the construction of a whole quality assurance process are also questions to be emphasized.
