摘要
目前天然气管网泄漏监测主要依靠人工巡检,此种方式存在巡检速度慢、周期长、依赖巡检者经验强以及无法24h在线巡检等缺点,而天然气管网时刻涉及人民生命财产的安全。基于上述研究背景,提出了天然气管网泄漏监测系统的设计方案,系统由上位机、通信转换装置、中继装置和监测装置构成,监测装置实时采集数据,基于中值滤波算法和一阶滞后滤波算法进行数据处理,数据通过中继装置和通信转换装置上传给上位机,由上位机进行数据处理显示、存储、故障判定和报警,可以实现24h实时在线监测。
At present,the leakage monitoring of natural gas pipe network mainly relies on manual inspection,which has disadvantages such as slow inspection speed,long cycle,strong experience of dependent inspectors and no 24h online inspection.However,the leakage monitoring of natural gas pipe network involves the safety of people’s lives and properties.Based on the above research background,this paper puts forward the design of leakage monitoring system for natural gas pipe network,which consists of PC,communication conversion device,relay device,and monitoring device.The monitoring device collects data in real time,and data processing is carried out by median filtering algorithm and first order lag filtering algorithm,through the relay device and the communication conversion device to the PC,the PC data processing display,storage,fault judgement and alarm,and it can realize real-time on-line monitoring for 24 h.
