摘要
当前中学阶段缺乏职业教育,学生对职业缺乏认知,对个人发展缺乏规划。针对这种现状,汇聚中学学校与当地政府部门、职业院校、行业企业及学生家长等多方职业教育资源,实施职业教育渗透的“校地模式”。中学学校通过开展课程教学渗透、开设职业技能课程、建立综合实践课程等方式提高学生的职业素质;地方的政府部门、行业企业、职业院校和学生家长通过职业意识教育、职业技能教育、职业体验及政府统筹支持等方式有序开展职业教育渗透。通过中学学校开展和地方的共同势力,增强对学生的职业认知教育、职业规划教育、职业技能教育和职业道德教育,提高学生的职业综合素质,培养学生的职业道德,为学生的专业选择、专业学习和职业发展打下基础。
Local government departments,industrial enterprises,vocational colleges and students'arents cany out vocational education infiltration in an orderly way through vocational awareness education,vocational skills education,vocational experience and government co-ordination support.Through the joint efforts of secondary schools and the local authorities,the vocational awareness education,the vocational planning education,the vocational skills education and the vocational ethics education for the students will be strengthened,so as to improve the students' comprehensive professional quality,cultivate the students9 professional ethics,and lay a foundation for the students' professional selection,professional learning and professional development.
