高职院校学生职业素养培养的实践探索

摘要 我国高等教育肩负着培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大任务,必须坚持正确政治方向。同时,现代企业的转型发展所必备的人才需求,也为高职院校教育工作提出更高的要求。本文以教育政策、教学实际问题以及学生反馈等信息为依据,紧紧围绕教学思政工作、建立或重构职业素养课程体系、落地学生职业素养实践活动、激发和发挥教师学生创造活力四个方面的内容,探索出系统性、结构化、可操作性的大学生职业素养培养新模式。 China's Higher Education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating socialistic constructors and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic.The demand for human resources in the transformation of enterprises puts forward a higher requirement for Polytechnic Colleges.According to relevant policy guidance,practical problems of teaching analysis and other information based on student feedback,focusing on the implementation of the teaching of political work,building or reconstructing course system,implementing the students' professional quality practice activities,to stimulate the creativity of students and teachers.During these four aspects,we explored a systematic,structured,and operable new model for cultivating college students'professional literacy,and cultivated outstanding professionals with high professional literacy for the country,society,and enterprises.
