四川省耕地资源资产价值估算研究

Research on the Estimation of Asset Value of Cultivated Land Resource in Sichuan Province

文章从经济价值、社会价值和生态价值三方面构建了耕地资源的资产价值量估算方法,并基于四川省耕地资源相关数据,系统分析了2010—2016年间四川省耕地资源实物量和价值量的动态变化。结果显示:2010—2016年间,四川省耕地资源实物量价值方面呈波动变化,主要表现为水田面积的减少和旱地面积的增加;价值量方面总体呈增加趋势,其中经济价值和社会价值分别增加了160.76%和41.30%,但生态价值减少了41.44%。

The article constructs an estimation method of asset value of cultivated land resource from three aspects of economic value,social value and ecological value,based on the relevant data of cultivated land resource in Sichuan Province,this article systematically analyzes the dynamic changes of the physical quantity and value quantity of cultivated land resource in Sichuan Province from 2010 to 2016.The results show that from 2010 to 2016,the value of physical quantity of cultivated land resource in Sichuan Province fluctuated,mainly represented by the reduction of paddy field area and the increase of dry land area;in the aspect of value quantity,it shows an increasing trend,of which economic value and social value increased by 160.76%and 41.30%respectively,while the ecological value decreased by 41.44%.
