摘要
翻转课堂是指重新调整课堂内外的时间,以学生自主学习为主要手段,以教师答疑解惑、合作探究为辅助补充的教学模式。翻转课堂的教学模式有助于学生明确学习目标,有利于学生发挥主体能动性,有助于学生的预习和复习。以职业院校会计专业教学为研究对象,分析了教学过程中存在的不足,探索运用翻转课堂贯穿于职业院校会计专业教学过程中,不仅能够培养学生的自主学习的能力,而且也为会计人才综合素养的提升奠定了坚实的基础。
Flipped classroom refers to the teaching mode which readjusts the time inside and outside the classroom,takes the students’ autonomous learning as the main means,and takes the teacher’s answering questions,solving questions and cooperative inquiry as the auxiliary supplement. The teaching mode is helpful for students to make clear their learning goals,to give full play to their initiative, and to prepare and review lessons.Taking the accounting teaching in vocational colleges as the research object, the paper analyzes the shortcomings in the teaching process,and explores the use of flipped classroom throughout the teaching process of accounting specialty in vocational colleges,which can not only cultivate students’ ability of autonomous learning but also laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive literacy of accounting talent.
