摘要 通过对参加职业素养开发与训练课程学生课前与课后的对比研究,将五项职业素养进行了维度划分,同时还对量表的信度和效度进行检验,在此基础上运用量表检验了基于建构主义教学实践的有效性。研究发现,积极心态、敬业并自发地多做一些、没有任何借口执行任务及沟通协调能力这四个方面提升最为显著;团队合作能力的培养还需设计更加完善的教学内容和教学环节以提升对学生该方面能力的有效培养。 Through the experimental research on the students before and after class in the course of development and training of vocational quality, it is found that the five different aspects of the students’ vocational quality have been improved to different degrees. The research not only gives the structure and measurement of the five professional accomplishments, but also tests the reliability of the scale, and then tests the validity of the teaching practice based on constructivism. The study found that the improvement in positive attitude and dedication and initiative and non-excuse and communication and coordination ability for carrying out tasks is the most significant. The cultivation of teamwork ability needs to design more perfect teaching contents and teaching links to improve the effective cultivation of students’ ability in this area.
