摘要
研究了三种丁二烯结构单元含量和门尼粘度不同的反式丁戊橡胶(TBIR)改性天然橡胶/稀土顺丁橡胶(NR/Nd-BR)并用高性能缺气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶的结构与性能。结果表明,相比NR/Nd-BR(50/50)并用混炼胶,NR/Nd-BR/TBIR(45/45/10)并用混炼胶的Payne效应明显降低,填料网络结构明显削弱。填料分散度仪表明TBIR明显改善了炭黑在NR/Nd-BR并用橡胶基体中的分散,动态热机械性能分析仪(DMA)表明TBIR明显改善了NR与Nd-BR之间的相容性。NR和Nd-BR相容性的改善以及炭黑在橡胶基体中分散性的改善致使含TBIR的缺气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶在力学强度基本不变的前提下,耐疲劳性能明显提高,滚动阻力和压缩生热降低。
The structures and properties of natural rubber/Nd-based butadiene rubber(NR/Nd-BR) self-supporting rubber of run-flat tire modified with three kinds of trans-1, 4-poly(butadiene-co-isoprene) copolymer rubber(TBIR) with different mooney viscosity and butadiene repeating units were invested. The results showed that, compared with NR/Nd-BR(50/50) compounds, NR/Nd-BR/TBIR(45/45/10) compounds showed lower Payne effect, the filler network structures weakened obviously. Carbon black dispersity test showed that NR/Nd-BR/TBIR vulcanizates presented excellent filler dispersion. Dynamic thermo-mechanical performance analyzer(DMA) showed that the compatibility between NR and Nd-BR was improved significantly after modified with TBIR. The obviously improved compatibility between NR and Nd-BR and better filler dispersion made NR/Nd-BR/TBIR self-supporting rubber of run-flat tire showed excellent fatigue resistance, lower rolling resistance and heat build-up.
