摘要
自由基共聚合,即将两种或两种以上的不同单体进行连锁加成聚合,是《高分子化学》中重要教学内容。通过自由基共聚合可以改变聚合物的化学与物理等性质,丰富聚合物的品种,提高聚合物的使用性能;而且,可以作为研究单体及自由基活性的一种方法,揭示聚合反应规律并预测新型聚合物合成的可能性。二元自由基共聚合是最简单的一种组合方式,是研究共聚合的理想模型,其共聚合行为丰富多样。本文对二元自由基共聚合行为曲线进行了彩色化处理,在曲线上增加了不同形状的标识符号,同时采用双坐标体系,将二元共聚合行为的各种情况进行了讨论与分析,方便本科生充分理解自由基共聚合基本原理以及共聚物组成的控制。
The radical chain copolymerization(RCCP) that two or more monomers are simultaneously polymerized in chain polymerization process is a very important content in Polymer Chemistry course. RCCP is significant for several considerations such as changing chemical and physical property of polymers, extending variety of polymers, and improving usability of polymers. In addition, RCCP provides a method for the reactivity of monomers and radicals, the principle of polymerization, and the possibility of a new polymer synthesis. The binary RCCP is the simplest combination, which is an ideal model for various copolymerization behaviors. In this paper, the behavior curves of binary RCCP were colorized for clarifying the relationship between two different monomers and different symbols were added into them. The curves were drawn by double coordinate system and different types of copolymerization behavior were discussed, which is very useful for the undergraduates to understand the mechanism of radical copolymerization and to control the copolymer composition.
