埋藏式心脏转复除颤器连续电击致动态心电图仪损坏一例
摘要
患者男性,46岁,既往诊断为肥厚型心肌病,多源室性心动过速(VT),行"埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)植入术"。因"反复心慌、胸闷"再次就诊,行动态心电图检查,动态心电数据导录时发现仪器损坏。程控事件记录显示动态心电图检查期间发生快速VT,ICD予连续3次电击终止。经分析发现,仪器损坏系ICD多次高能量电击超过了动态心电图仪安全电流所致。
