摘要
针对现有隧道喷淋设备侧门密封后拆装不便,多次拆装导致隔绝功能不良等问题,提出一种基于公理设计的结构优化设计方法。通过对现有侧门结构的分析,确定侧门优化设计功能需求;建立基于公理设计的侧门优化模型,在功能需求与设计参数映射过程中,通过对设计矩阵进行耦合性检验,完成侧门优化设计。
Aiming at the problems of inconvenient disassembly and assembly after sealed and multiple disassembly and assembly have caused problems such as poor isolation function of side door of the existing tunnel spray equipment,a structural optimization design method based on axiomatic design is proposed.Through the analysis of the existing side door structure,determine the functional requirements of the side door optimization design;establish the side door optimization model based on axiomatic design,in the process of mapping functional requirements and design parameters,through the coupling test of the design matrix,complete the side door Optimize the design.
