摘要
绿色科技创新对促进生态环境与经济协调发展发挥了重要作用。本文基于DEA-RAM模型构建了绿色效率、创新效率、经济效率结合的联合效率模型,将创新驱动、绿色发展和经济可持续理念融会贯通。以北京市为例对模型有效性进行了研究,响应北京市"留白增绿"的城市环境发展要求。耗能高和污染是造成当前环境污染问题的主要原因,但是通过创新要素投入可抑制环境污染源的产生,也可以阻断环境污染在经济发展环节的扩散,环境治理改善可显著推动经济快速发展,两者相互影响相互推动。因此,转变经济发展方式是实现环境治理的必经之路。
