摘要 近年来,我国北方地区清洁取暖工作全面推进。同时,随着电力市场化改革的深入,电力市场中长期交易蓬勃开展。蓄热式电采暖作为重要的清洁采暖技术,能够促进新能源消纳。基于此,本文结合当前取暖用电价格机制,以蓄热式电采暖为例,研究清洁采暖技术与进一步降低用电成本,并根据电力市场中长期交易的发展趋势以及清洁采暖行业的商业模式,分析了清洁采暖参与电力市场中长期交易的可行性。在此基础上,本文从参与方式、交易时段、交易方式、交易价格和交易电量五个方面设计了清洁采暖参与电力市场中长期交易的交易模式。 In recent years, clean heating has been comprehensively promoted in the northern regions of China.At the same time, with the deepening reform of the electricity market, medium and long-term transactions in the electricity market are vigorously developing. As an important clean heating technology, thermal storage electric heating can promote the consumption of renewable energy. Based on this, the paper studies clean heating technology and further reduction of electricity cost in the context of the current electricity price mechanism for heating, taking thermal storage electric heating as an example. In addition, the paper analyzes the feasibility of clean heating participation in medium and long-term trading electricity market based on the development trend of the electricity market and the business model of the clean heating industry. On this basis, the paper designs a trading model for clean heating to participate in medium and long-term electricity market from five aspects: participation mode, trading time, trading mode, trading price and trading power.
