悬索桥主索鞍偏量控制有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 主索鞍偏量控制广泛应用于悬索桥施工,为了确保施工过程中桥梁结构的受力和变形达到理想状态,通过模型计算分析得到了每个施工阶段主索鞍偏量值,其最大值可达到1521 mm(白洋岸)和1482 mm(宜都岸),并通过各阶段主索鞍偏量值确定了主索鞍顶推量和顶推时机,对比分析各顶推阶段主索鞍偏量的顶推实测值与拟定值的偏差,验证了拟定的顶推过程的合理性。 The deviation control of main cable saddle is widely used in suspension bridge construction.In order to ensure that the stress and deformation of bridge structure reach the ideal state in the construction process,the deviation value of main cable saddle in each construction stage is obtained through model calculation and analysis,and the maximum value can reach 1521 mm(Baiyang)and 1482 mm(Yidu).Through the deviation value of the main cable saddle in each stage,the pushing amount and timing of the main cable saddle are determined.The deviation between the measured value and the proposed value of the main cable saddle deviation in each pushing stage is compared and analyzed,which verifies that the proposed pushing process is reasonable.
