摘要
模块化装配式成型钢筋骨架及连接技术能够解决目前交通基础建设行业钢筋模块式施工技术问题,解决交通基础建设模块式钢筋骨架生产水平低、工业程度不高等问题。结合某桥梁工程,基于钢筋锥套锁紧连接技术,探索模块化装配式成型钢筋骨架技术在主索塔结构中的施工应用,论述其经济、社会效益。
The modular fabricated reinforcement frame and connection technology can solve the construction technology problem of reinforcement modularization in transportation industry.It can also solve the problems of low production and industrial level of modular reinforcement frame in transportation infrastructure.Combined with one bridge project,based on the taper sleeve locking joint connection technology,this paper explores the application of technology of modular fabricated reinforcement frame in the main tower structure,and discusses the economic and social benefits.
