桥面铺装用水泥乳化沥青混合料早期性能研究

摘要 研究不同A/C的水泥乳化沥青混合料的工作性能、抗压强度、抗折强度、压折比、弹性模量和孔隙率等早期性能。结果表明,混合料中添加乳化沥青对其工作性和变形能力都有积极作用,尤其是A/C为0.5的混合料,其变形性能达到最佳。另外,当A/C为0.3和0.5时,拌合物工作性较差,浆体黏度较差导致沉降和分层,故建议A/C比例为0.4。 Early performances of different A/C cement emulsified asphalt mixtures,such as working performance,compressive strength,flexural strength,fold ratio,elastic modulus and electrical conductivity are studied.The results show that the addition of emulsified asphalt to the mixture has a positive effect on its workability and deformability,especially the mixture with A/C of 0.5 has the best deformation performance.In addition,when the A/C is 0.3 and 0.5,the workability of the mixture is poor,and the slurry viscosity difference leads to settling and delamination,so the A/C ratio is recommended to be 0.4.
