桥面发热电缆防冰及融冰试验研究

摘要 通过稳态平板法试验研究常用桥面沥青铺装材料的热力学参数,根据济南地区气象资料分析设计桥梁防冰气象参数和热负荷计算模型,获得济南地区桥梁防冰、融冰热负荷;并基于材料导热性能和地区防冻热负荷,设计发热电缆路面结构加速加载试验,对发热电缆防冰路面的耐久性、抗变形及抗开裂能力进行试验,检验发热电缆路面工艺可靠性。 The thermodynamic parameters of common deck asphalt pavement materials are studied by steadystate plate test.According to the meteorological data in Jinan area,the meteorological parameters and heat load calculation model of bridge anti-icing and ice melting in Jinan area are analyzed and designed.Based on the thermal conductivity of the materials and the local antifreezing heat load,the accelerated loading test of the heating cable pavement structure is designed.The durability,anti-deformation and anti-cracking ability of the anti-icing road surface of the heating cable are tested by the above tests to verify the technological reliability of the heating cable road surface.
