摘要
绿色基础设施作为可持续雨水管理系统的重要组成部分,对促进良性水循环、保护生态环境、构建可持续社区等方面发挥着重要作用。结合波特兰政府网站提供的项目资料及其他文献,从绿色基础设施的建设背景、技术方法、政策引导、监测管理、公众参与等方面进行介绍分析,归纳总结出波特兰在社区雨水治理过程中的成果和经验,通过对波特兰社区绿色基础设施的建设过程以及部分实践项目的分析研究,为我国的海绵社区和生态社区建设提供借鉴参考。
As an important part of sustainable stormwater management system,green infrastructure plays an important role in promoting virtuous water circulation,protecting ecological environment and constructing sustainable communities. Based on the project materials and other documents available on the website of Portland G overnment, this paper introduces the background, technical methods, policy guidance,monitoring and public participation of green infrastructure,and summarizes the achievements and experience in the process of stormwater management in Portland community. It can be hopefully considered as a reference for the construction of sponge community and ecological community in China by researching the construction and some projects of green infrastructure in Portland community.
