摘要
美国加州大学洛杉矶分校的医学教育为门槛较高的精英教育,采用以器官系统为中心的整合教育模式。其医学教育体系上以学生为主体,注重培养学生解决实际临床问题的能力,重视医学人文教育与医患沟通技巧教育。通过比较分析其特点,可为我国医学教育提供一定的借鉴。
UCLA medical education is an elite education system with a high threshold for student entrance.The system utilizes an integrated education model which is centered on the human organ system,focusing on students,as well as cultivating students’ability to solve practical clinical problems.Besides,the system emphasizes medical humanities education and doctor-patient communication skills training.Through comparative analysis of its characteristics,we believe it can provide some positive reference for China’s medical education.
