During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,if China wants to achieve sustained economic recovery and high-quality development,it is still necessary to solve the problem of high-quality industrial development.In order to make the supply chain of the industrial chain independent and controllable,we still need to grasp enterprise transformation which is the basic link of the industrial system.The government’s strategic guidance,financial support and innovation services,which are indispensable policy initiatives of big developing countries,will ultimately rely on the practice of the main enterprises of the market economy in high-quality development to form a joint force of innovation.Theoretical research and international comparison show that the essential feature of high-quality industrial development at the present stage is to realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and the effective way to achieve high-quality industrial development lies in the enterprises’implementation of integrated innovation suitable for their own technical and operational characteristics.Observing and studying the change track of the four transformation periods in the centennial growth of Yaskawa Electric Corporation,it is possible for us to obtain a different understanding of the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry from the past,and obtain fresh inspiration or new ideas for looking for the practical integrated innovation mode of enterprises.
